Summary: We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely house situated in a quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to St. Joseph Hospital, the Heard Museum and lots of restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

Summary: We came as a group of friends for a wedding nearby and this house was perfect. Great space, exactly like in the pictures. Included all the amenities. Didn’t realize we would be paying extra for the heated pool, but it was worth it. Great place to stay with friends or family

Summary: We traveled to Phoenix to spend time with family and see some music. The rental was bright and cheery, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the bed rooms, bathrooms and linens were sparkling clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and spending time outside under the covered back patio. There were lovely citrus trees and a wide variety of beautiful birds in the yard. It was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend this rental.

Summary: We stayed here while bringing our daughter to GCU. Easy drive to campus. Great neighborhood. The host gave great check-in and check out instructions. House was comfortable with lots of room to spread out. Was stocked with necessities. Will definitely stay here whenever we are in Phoenix.

Summary: This was a perfect getaway. The house was immaculate and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, sheets and towels were high end. The pool was a gem - we spent almost all of of free time in the water! And the location is amazing, nice quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and museums. Sean was friendly and helpful as well.
